Strength: 3 x 6 Rep max front squat/ weighted pullup

WOD: Run 1600m, 30 body weight back squats, Run 1600m

    40 kgs on the front squats with regular pullups.

    17 something on the WOD with 30kg back squats (definitely not my body weight!). I couldve done a bit more on the back squats, I still had some gas in the tank even after running during a monsoon.
